Unable to access the SCOM Management Pack catalog RRS feed

    running SCOM 2012 R2 CU5

    I used to be able to download Management Packs from the catalog from within the Console and now I can not.  I keep getting a "Security Certificate Problem" when trying to connect to the catalog.  If you hit "Continue (not recommended)" it gets through, but not sure why we are getting this issue.
