Answers

  • Hi Sai,

    Have you checked Windows Update?

Please open Settings\Update and security\Windows Update and check the update there, make sure we have the last update installed.

Further, run the following two command:

    SFC /scannow

    Or:

    Dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Then check if the store would work.

We may also try to create a new account to check this out.

    Regards

  • Hi Sai Siva Kumar,

    What is your current situation?

Have we tried to create a new account and check out this issue?

Besides, we may try to end Windows Shell Experience Host process and see if this would make any difference:

    Regards

  • Hi Sai Siva,

    Apologize for the late reply.

    Could we open the Settings?

    Please type troubleshooting in the search box, then press enter;

This will bring us to the Control Panel page, then we choose Hardware and sound , there would be Windows Store Apps troubleshooter available:

Try this one and check the result.

    Regards
