No files copied when copying to Azure File storage RRS feed

    Hi,

    I am using Azure File share option to copy my files on-prem to my Azure Account. I could see the folders are copied but there are no files found. The files are not infected and not corrupted.

    Kindly advice is there any issues with file copy to azure

    Hi,

    Can you confirm how you are copying files from on prem to Azure. Have you mounted the file share as disk on to your pc and copying the folders or copying using the storage explorer.

    Are you currently using Azure File Shares or Azure File Sync ? Were the files recently used on premises ?
