    CAn not move or copy email in MS Outlook.  PST file is ok.  run in safe mode, same problem, reinstalled MS Office same problem

    Using MS Office 2007 and Windows 10 Version 1703 (after updating to 1703 problems started)

    many people have this SAME PROBLEM.  What is going on Microsoft????

    A FIX is urgent please

    Hi,

    Which type of email account are you using? Exchange, IMAP or POP3?

    Where did you move the emails from and to? Is the emails stored in a separate PST file? Were you trying to move emails to another data file or another folder in the same data file?

    Does this issue continue if we perform these actions in a newly created PST file?

    Please also make sure you have all updates installed for Outlook 2007 and then see whether this issue continues.

    i am also having the same issue, any files i install in the C: pops up with the same error. Please help, PC has been this way since 2 updates ago.
