Found Event ID 55011 and 55012 on Director Server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

    Anyone have same experience?

Event ID 55011 LS InterCluster Routing error.

A Communication Server pool is unreachable and has been marked as down.

Multiple attempts to route to pool lyncpool.domain.local have failed and this pool has been marked as down for audio calls.

The error auto resume after half hour, does it have connection issue with SBA to Front End Pool? Front End have same error.

No network issue with this error occur, no action on Front End and SBA the problem auto resume.

    All Lync Services is normal.

    Thanks.

  • Hi James!

Does this issue persist all the time?

Based on my research, there are two reasons which can cause this error. One is the network drop to servers, or because of the overload of performance the server is not responding.

Since you have confirmed your network is no issue. The next step we want you to have a try is to make sure the SBA is responding to Ping/Telnet during the time. We recommend you try to reboot SBA for once to see if this issue still persists.

Besides, as Akshay said, please make sure the Lync Server has updated to the latest version.
