Vista Windows DVD Maker dvd r - dvd rw? RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello. My question: the other day for the first time since I've been using wdm, I used a dvd rw instead of a dvd r. Now every time I burn something, there appears to be no problem I can see during the burning process, I try to play the disc I've just created and I get a disc error. As of now I have 4 unusable discs 1 - dvd rw and 3 - dvd r. The reason I wanted to start using dvd rw is because I burn shows to it and wanted to reuse the disc every week. Is it because I used a dvd rw instead of the usual dvd r? I'd like to understand why all of a sudden I'm unable to watch the dvds on my dvd player. The last time I was able to see a dvd was the first dvd rw I created. Since then I cannot. Any help would be appreciated as I'm totally at a loss...
