MS UAG 2010 does not refresh antivirus information RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Help me please.

    Our remote users connect to our network via UAG-->RDP.

    But at some workstations UAG identify wrong antivirus - "KasperskyWin (Version not detected) Up-to-date Not Running":

     But that antivirus is sucsessfully uninstalled (via standard metod Control panel - Programs, and also kavremover from KAV). Also we clear all regedit records that's contained records "kaspersky", "kav" etc. Deleted all KAV folders.  Reinstalled UAG components on client workstations but it doesn't help.

    As result users cannot use Clipboard in RDP session:

    How can I refresh information on workstation about antivirus?
