  • ive tried to install fore front on my pc with windows 7 home premium and i keep getting an error code(1622) and it wont install can any1 help me

    Thank you for your post.

    I'd like to know more information to clarify your client install failed issue:

    1.Please post the c:\program files\Microsoft Fore front\Client Security\Client\logs\Clientsetup.log to us.
    2.Did you install FCS with MOM agent? please insert FCS disk,(assume D drive) please run command:
    d:\FCSClient\Clientsetup.exe /CG ForefrontClientSecurity /MS MOMServerName
    3.Ensure you logon admin rights account to run the installation
    4.Ensure no other Antivirus software installed and running on Windows 7 and windows defend has been stopped and disabled

    If there is any update on this issue, please feel free to let us know.

    try to update your windows installer and update agent with latest version , and also try the above option
