  • Hi,

It is impossible to set up multiple DID’s to 1 response group. You can only type one Telephone number for the response group and only one Queue can be chose when creating Hunt Group Workflow.

  • If your DID's happen to all enter the same gateway you could normalize all of them to the same response group number.

  • To add to Tpullins post ...

Lets say you have two numbers that need to ring to a response group:

    9725555555

    9725555556

Assign say 9725555556 to your response group (Kent HX is correct when he says technically only a single number can be assigned to a RG). Now you need to add a translation rule to the voice gateway on the dial plan tab.  The rule needs to match the other number, in this case 9725555555, and translate it to the number assigned to your response group, 5556.

I believe the match portion would look like this ^9725555555$ and the translated part would simply be +19725555556

  • You can create a Hunt Group with the other DID and create a new queue.

In the queue settings configure the following:

    "Enable Queue Overflow:
    Maximum Number of calls: "0"
    Forward the call: "Newest Call"
Call action: "Forward to SIP address" enter the sip address of your response group.

Note to get this to work I had to have a group of agents in the new queue.  I just used the group from the main response group, no calls ever come through from the Hunt Group because of the Queue Overflow rule.
