Locallow Not recreate Internet Explorer RRS feed

  • Dears,

    Recently we have install TCRM in our company and we used internet explorer 10, we are using VDI system for all users and the sysem is connected with separate storage, some of the users facing CRM blank page when they open CRM, We have found the issue, when you go to user profile in C drive Users AppData LocalLow, Microsoft, we have folder call Internet Explorer, so when we delete user profile but internet explorer will not recreate automatic and it should recreate automatic when you open internet explorer. Kindly any help.

  • Hi,

    File>Properties menu in IE will tell you which IE security zone your CRM domain is mapped to (expected intranet)....

    also view

    Tools>Internet Options>Security tab,

    "Enable Protected Mode" should be checked... (requires restarting IE for changes to take affect).

    Start>Run regedit.exe and navigate to

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TabProcConfig

    Is your CRM domain listed there (expected no, depending if it is mapped to the Intranet zone or not).
