Problems with a notification for Reviewers RRS feed

  • Hello:

     SCSM 2010 SP1 +CU3.

     I'm facing this.

     Working with CR's and wanting to notify a reviewer about Review Activity assigned to him/her.

     So, we followed this: http://blogs.technet.com/b/servicemanager/archive/2010/06/08/automatically-sending-notifications-to-reviewers.aspx, but It doesn't work and I'm completely sure that it's configured right.

     Others notifications (Incidents and Manual Activities) are working fine, so I think the ability to send emails is not the problem.

     Any of you have faced this?

     I'd appreciate your comments and suggestions.

  • I have used that exact to setup mine and it also been through an upgrade to SCSM2012 and it works 100 Percent,

    I would recommend checking that the correct class was selected, as the first time, i chose incident and not review activity.


    As long as you learn something new every day, the day is not wasted.

     I'm completely sure, that this workflow is configured in the right way. But, I'm gonna double check cause I don't know If the client has changed this.

     Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
