  • Hi Support,

I have installed Microsoft Outlook 2010 and have configured 3 accounts as POP<g class="gr_ gr_11 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style replaceWithoutSep" data-gr-id="11" id="11">.Hence</g>, all emails will be delivered in the single PST.

    I need to <g class="gr_ gr_14 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del" data-gr-id="14" id="14">setup</g> the outlook in a way that whether email comes on first id, second id or third id, the reply should always go from the first <g class="gr_ gr_16 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace" data-gr-id="16" id="16">id .</g>

Please confirm how to achieve this task.

    Thanks.

  • Hi MOHD AZIM ANSARI,

    >> I want tosetup the outlook in a way that whether email comes on first id, second id or third id, the reply should always go from the first id .

If you want to send all mails out using the first account, you may follow the steps below when setting up the other accounts:

    1. Putting the sending email address(first account) in the Sending email address in Account Settings.
    2. Change the outgoing sever name and configure authentication for the outgoing server in More Settings, Outgoing Sever tab.

If you only want to reply messages using the same account, you may need to use macro for the requirement. For more details, hopefully you can find the article below helpful:

Choose the account to send a reply from
