Did this issue occur for all users?
To this issue, we suggest you do the following steps to troubleshoot:
- Update SFB and SFB server to the latest
- If this issue occur on specific user, please rebuild his SFB profile
- If not, please update office to the latest, then rebuild his outlook profile and SFB profile
