Sticky Notes is a built-in application. You can find the .exe file of it under: C:\windows\System32\StikyNot.exe.

What exactly do you mean by "bring the Sticky Notes ... for the client machines"?

If you mean launch Sticky Notes at startup for all users, simply create a logon script to launch StikyNot.exe from the path above, then deploy it via Group Policy.

    Hope this helps.

  • You have posted to the Windows Server 2016 Technical Preview forum.  Is your question in regards to deploying Sticky Notes to/from 2016 machines?

If not, you might want to post in a more appropriate forum.  Once you find that, you should include more information in your problem statement.  What operating system/versions are your clients?  Do you have Active Directory installed?  What version of Active Directory?  Since Sticky Notes is a default application on some clients, it would help to understand what you mean by 'bring the Sticky Notes through group policy'.
