  • Hello Luis,

    Is your server rebooting continously?

Do you know if there was any recent change performed on the server?.. if so try last known good configuration.

What type of applications are installed on this server?

Please check if your server IBM X3400 is updated/running on latest Bios firmware version, check you network drivers.

Check if there are any errors in application/system event logs prior to server crash, see if the server is having excessive paging.

Bug Check 0x3B: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION -This indicates that an exception happened while executing a routine that transitions from non-privileged code to privileged code.

This error has been linked to excessive paged pool usage and may occur due to user-mode graphics drivers crossing over and passing bad data to the kernel code.

Sincerely, Asifkhan -- Please mark my post helpful if it was really helpful to you.
