I've been having problems with my computer lately
Internet explorer opens and the stops responding and My Computer doesn't load either. And other programs like media centre freeze for 5 minutes and then start working again. Also my Antivirus Norton 360 usually freezes up when i try to use it. Another
issue is that when I right click on files in explorer the whole window becomes unresponsive.
But most other programs work including Google chrome and safari.
And the other problem is windows 7 takes a long time to boot up, and when i finally get to my desktop it freezes and i have to wait a while usually 5-10 minutes to be able to use it.
Does anybody know how i can fix this?

Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q9400 @ 2.66GHz
4.00 GB RAM
