error when i try to update the softeware with plugin

  Hello guys.i recently find out something weird.

  i have a software which i update it with a plugin in my web server. in my new version some of the users have problem to performing the update. i mean some of them easily update the software with plugin but some of them cant.

  i tried everything i thought may cause the problem.(Anti virus, firewall, AD Policy, .. . .).

  the update process is simple. a file must copy in the application path.

  i think something prevent this action. but i cant found out what!!!do you know a tool which can help me watch the background process and what  cause the error?
