Response Group Blind Transfer

Question
-
I have a question about how Response Group handle Transferring calls.
I have a response group in my organization as the main line. There are two agents in this RGS. When an agent gets a call, usually they need to transfer to another phone number. That is now working fine. However, the issue is the blind transfer isn't instantaneous.
An agent gets a call, they transfer the call. The call doesn't leave the agents screen and successfully transfer until the recipient phone number we're transferring to either picks up or it goes to VM.
The experience on the initial callers end is this: as the call is being transferred, it's completely quiet until there's a response. So no ringing is heard.
Is there any way we can have the RGS complete the transfer right away?

Hi Red,
You may check the Response Group Template, which is used to define the usage experience of the call, including questions asked to the caller, options given to the caller, music-on-hold options, and configuration of business hours and holidays.
For more details about how to check and change the response group settings, please refer to Response Group application cmdlets in Lync Server 2013
