  • Hi pauly3160,

To make a device work well, we should get a compatible driver. Please try to download the Windows 10 compatible driver s from ASUS website for the model machine.

If they haven`t released the Windows 10 compatible drivers, please contact the ASUS support for help.

    Best regards

  • Could be disabled. On the top right corner of the touch-pad double tap and see if enables it. I've seen this on HP laptops this might be a feature on a ASUS laptops as well.

  • Hi

I am assuming that when you did the upgrade you had now errors about incompatible hardware.  If so my top tip when trouble shooting this sort of problem is to see what's missing in device manager (win+X device manager).  look for anything under human interface controllers and stuff with exclamation marks, try disabling it then scanning for hardware changes.

good luck and mark this an answer if it helped
