on receiving ( ADC ) server all files and folder are going in dfsprivate - - > pre existing folder.
When i am running command dfsrdiag ReplicationState command it shows o connection working.
SO can any one please help me on suggesting this, how to dfs working properly.

Hi Bhautik Shah,
Thanks for your reply.
Could you please try on the suggestion in Cause 3:File system corruption is preventing access to the file
You cannot delete a file or a folder on an NTFS file system volume

And you may also refer to the article below to fix event 4312.

Hi Bhautik Shah,
Thanks for your post.
Could you please try to backup the files, delete all files on both referral targets, do a prestaging to sync the data on both side to see if replication will back to work.
Please also follow the articles below to recover from Unsupported One-Way Replication in DFSR
And here is the similar thread discussed before. You could take a look.

Hi Mary,
Thank you for your reply.
I have do the steps of above blog when dfs replication not working, and after doing command and disabled / enabled receiving ( ADC ) member. then after few times all the data are going in to Preexisitng folder.
From deleting files, i am not delete the files on server as it's a live file server.
for backup purpose i have created one way replication to another server which is ADC.
Also i am getting event id 4312 from receiving member.
