Window host process rundll32 has stopped working

  The crash is happening in the NVidia Control Panel applet (Fault Module Name: NvCpl.dll). Try updating your NVidia drivers.

  I tried connecting the printer USB to my laptop and it started installing the devices, it hanged everytime I tried to connect the two.

  I downloaded the drivers from the internet and again tried connecting the two but still the same problem.
