Live with blue screen~i'm so sad? RRS feed

  • Hi! My computer use Microsoft Windows 7 Ultimate sp1,中文(简体,中国),6.1.7601.


    Then,I found my computer have many Blue screens in later one year.

    I have many friends that tell me win7 isn't steady performance.

    what is the problem of my computer ? I  remove  and install win7 system many times。。。。。。

    These 3 all had thunder.exe (your P2P download manager)running at the time of the crash. I would remove it at least to test.  Malware sometimes hides itself ad that so I would also run a malware scan just to be safe.

    These also need to be removed as they often cause (or contribute to ) BSOD

    Please remove any CD visualization programs such as Daemon Tools and Alcohol 120%.

    They use a driver, found in your dmp, called sptd.sys, that is notorious for causing BSODs.

    Use this SPTD uninstaller DuplexSecure

    when you're done you can use this Freeware:

    MagicISO Virtual CD/DVD-ROM (MagicDisc) in its place

  • 1.Avast  can be a  contributing cause of BSOD'S . 

    Please remove and replace  with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEST

    2.You may have Malware on your computer.

    As a precaution please download the free version of Malwarebytes.

    Update it immediately.

    Do a full system scan

  • I think that may be a "hardware compatibility problems"

    In China,all most people use thunder (P2P download manager)  ,Daemon Tools,Avast ,and no most people found so many Blue screens ...

    my classmates said them would absolutely not cause BSOD

  • Hi,

     

    According to BSOD error code, you can refer to Bug Check Code Reference.

    Also, you can test this issue in Safe Mode. If the issue persist, you can upload the latest dump file.
