    Sir/ Madam

    I have activated my wifi in my laptop. when ever laptop is started a popup window opens and it displays as below and internet is not working. please help to sort out this problem.

    "Microsoft Visual C++ rutime library"

    "Runtime Error"

    "Program:C:\Program Files (x86)\Mo"

    "this application has requested the run time to terminate it in a unusual way"

    "Please contact application's support team for more information"

    Hi,

    Since we already know this problem caused by the app "Program:C:\Program Files (x86)\Mo", you can try remove or reinstall this app to fix the problem.
