Unable to sign in SfB 2016 desktop client RRS feed

  • Question

  • Unable to login to my SfB 2016 desktop client. Have already gone and changed my O365 password, tested new creds in O365 web and with the SfB client on my phone and those work. My desktop client still fails.

Opening https://www.sip.mycompany.com/WebTicket/WebTicketService.svc and entering my creds also works.

Error still remains: The server is temporarily unavailable......

    Anyone any idea?

  • Hi,

    1. Try to delete SFB user profile and user information in registry.

    2. Make sure SFB client update to the latest version.

    3. You can test login SFB using manual method instead of automatic.

    Best Regards
