SCSM View Incident File attachments from Console RRS feed

  • Hi

    i am running SCSM 2010 for Incident management.

    People raise Incident tickets through portal and attach screenshots / mail attachments.

    Now i can see in the SCSM console that an attachment is available for this incident. But i cannot open it and see.

    How to view the attachment from SCSM console or is there any other alternative because currently it serves no purpose.
