  • Hi,

Regarding the issue, I suggest that you could upgrade all the drivers and check the issue in Clean Boot:

Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG.

If the issue persists, please collect the energy report for further research:
    1. Click the Start Button, type "cmd" (without quotation marks), right click on the "Cmd.exe" in the search result list and select "Run as administrator".
    2. Type " powercfg -energy" (without quotation marks) in the open window and press Enter Key.

Upload the file(C:\Windows\system32\energy-report.html) via SkyDrive and post a link here. Then we could analyze the problem deeply.

  • Hi there,

I've had this problem for 2 years.

It persisted after reinstalling Windows 7 64bit a few times over.

I'm preparing to revert to 34bit windows for test.
