problem with private meetings in shared room calendars

    Question

  • Hello

a customer of ours has problems with private meetings in shared room calendars: when someone books a private meeting in the calendars of the meeting rooms, they appear 3x. The secretary can only approve one meeting when she receives the invitation in her mailbox. She cannot click on the other 2 in the shared calendar, so she cannot delete them neither.

This way it seems as if the organizer (person who has requested the meeting) has booked the meeting 3 times, but this is not the case.

The problem only occurs with private meetings.

    Anyone an idea???

    Thank you in advance.

  • Hi JanMeeuws,

1.Does the issue occur on all private meeting organizers and attendees?

2.If the room mailbox also received replicate private meeting requests?

I understand that the delegate(secretary) receives replicate private meeting requests. To exclude the delegate impact, please do the following steps:

1.Check if the delegate signs in his account on several devices and sign them out.

2.Remove the delegate's permission to the user's calendar, let the user handles the private meeting directly. If the issue missing, re-grant the delegate permission again.
