  • tryin to sign in to my sprint account and it want take password and i use the same one all the time

  • Hi,

     

    Could you provide more information about the issue? Does your password work with your username? Do you receive any error message?

     

    If you cannot sign in with the same password, you can try:

     

    1. Internet Options -> General tab -> Delete…button -> Delete Browsing History

    2. Internet Options -> Advanced tab -> Reset…button

    3. Click Start -> All Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Internet Explorer (with no add-ons)
