Error Message 0x8007007A RRS feed

  • I get this error message when I sign into Windows Life Mail.  What is the problem??

    This issue might occur due to incorrect configuration or corruption in Windows Live Mail. In order to diagnose and resolve the issue, let’s follow the below mentioned steps and check if that helps:
    Method 1: Remove and Reconfigure Windows Live Mail account
    1. Start up your Windows Live Mail.
    2. Click on Tools on the menu bar and then choose Accounts...
    3. Click on the email address that you need to remove.
    4. Click on Remove and then OK.
    5. To add, click the Tools option again on the menu bar and then choose Accounts...
    6. Click on Add and then choose Email account.
    7. Click on Next.
    8. Type your email address, password, and display name, and then click Next.
    9. Click Finish.
    Try method 2, if the issue persist
    Method 2: Repair Windows Live Mail
    1. Go to Control Panel then click Programs.
    2. Click Programs and Features.
    3. Right click Windows Live Essentials 2012 then click Uninstall/Change.
    4. Select Repair all Windows Live programs in the dialog box.
    5. After the repair is done, reboot when asked.
