  • Hi

Is this specific to one particular machine or SipURI, did you create any conferencing policy which restrict screen sharing , you can check this from SFB control panel. Check for updadtes on Skype client as well.

  • Hi Linus, thanks for your answer,

no this specific is on all machines. the stuff can not access because they can't see where is the desktop shearing, where is the other one.

  • Hello,

the conference policy is checked. everything is open.  I think this is a font color problem, because when I press one of this from this menu it works but I can't know before what i press. for example if I want to run shear screen I don't know which one is screen shear button.

  • Yes , saw it very unique.. did you also try to check and disable if  there is any  third party app which is there , try  doing clean boot of the laptop and then check the behaviour.

Also please make sure that the Client is updated to the latest version.

  • Hi,

Did you make any change before the issue happen?

If it happen after any update, please try to remove the latest update to test the issue.

Please try to disable hardware graphics acceleration function on Office and then test the issue again.

    Best Regards

  •   after server migration to SFB, on client machine I uninstalled office 2010 and Lync 2010 also and install Office 2013, which includes Lync 2013.  after, I have this problem. the latest update for client, has been done. the hardware graphics acceleration function has been disabled.

     but no result.
