  • You might be able to host a share on a Linux host.  Beyond that is a mystery to me.

Logs are very important. https://keithga.wordpress.com/2014/10/24/video-mdt-2013-log-files-basics-bdd-log-and-smsts-log/ Mention any customizations you have made.

  • Hi

I have done this on a SLES server. (You can use OpenSUSE with out a license)

Create a Samba share with the deployment share.

Use a Windows desktop to install the ADK and MDT, and a MS SQLExpress if you need it. (remember to use a Windows desktop OS if you dont have a server license)

In MDT create a deployment share remote on the Linux server.

Install a freeware WDS on the Windows Desktop or the Linux server - http://cruciblewds.org/

And now you can use MDT for deployment.

    Kind regards
