I have a on-premise Lync 2013 environment and I am unable to chat with external contacts who are using Lync Online which I believe is now skype for business. I can chat with other external users fine. Does anyone have good detailed steps on how
to make this work I have tried quite a few things over the last several weeks without any luck, thanks!
