  I need help downloading an important update but it comes up with the error code - WindowsUpdate_00000646 error code - any ideas

  Hello,

  A KB has been created for the 646 error code that appears when installing Microsoft Office Updates. The KB includes an automated Fix it that corrects the issue. Look at the following KB:
