service manager 2012 self-service portal "my Activities" is blank RRS feed

  • Encountered the following issue for only one particular user where My Activities appeared blank (image attached). It used to work fine and the issue started only recently. The user is able to view the 'My Requests' page. Note, no special permissions are given on SCSM for this user, the permission is the same for all domain users. Tried restarting the services and the server itself, but no change.

  • Are there any Activities (Manual Activities as Implementer or Review Activities as Reviewer) assigned to this user?

  • yes as this user is a Line Manager, all the activities are review activities.

    The user is now able to see the most recently assigned review activity, and has approved it. Guess restarting the services and server fixed something. However, none of the review activities approved before today is visible on the portal. Is there a way to make the history review activities visible as well.
