SCSM Analyst portal not showing statistics RRS feed

  • Hello -

    Our SCSM Analyst portal is not displaying proper statistics - all the 'Change Requests' are '0' and when I click on 'All my change requests' it comes up with 'No Data Available' as do all of the options for Change requests.  We don't actively use the portal but it will become necessary shortly.

    Where do I begin to troubleshoot this...

  • Hi,

    Do you have any Change Requests assigned to you in the console? The statistics are bound to the user who's running the portal, it's not a common statistic for the whole environment.
