  • Hi,

Would you please describe the question in detail? What new tab do you want to setup, Internet Explorer or others?

In fact, Internet Explorer home page Group Policy setting is already available here:

User Configuration\Administrative Templates\Internet Explorer\Disable change home page settings

You may type the home page there.
