Emails not able to send to yahoo domain from Exchange server 2013

  • Hello All,

I have 2013 Exchange server and with Symantec Anti-spam, my query is  we are unable to send mail to yahoo domain.

Can you please suggest to us how to resolve the issue.

  • It's very unlikely that this has anything to do with Exchange.  It's more likely your domain or IP address or subnet is blacklisted.

  • Hi,

Apart from what Ed said, we could do the following troubleshooting steps:

    1. Check if the emails can be sent to other email domains, such as Hotmail, Google and etc.
    2. Check if the emails can be received from Yahoo and other email domains.
    3. Check the send connector settings: address space, network settings.
    4. Telnet port 25, refer to the following article: Use Telnet to test SMTP communication.

    Hope it helps.
