Cannot Start a New SharedView Session RRS feed

  • I can start Shared View.  I can log in.  I can join another session.  But when I try to start a new session, I see "Getting invitation instructions", then "Cannot contact SharedView. Please try again later).  I checked and found no firewall blocks or other web blocks.  I use the home version of Avast! security software.

    My coworker can connect from the same office.

    Thanks in advance for any ideas of what I can do.
