We have two units, one's wifi works and the other doesn't for seeing access points. Curious if anyone else has had problems with the hardware. I'm currently also trying to figure out where the line is drawn between supporting the hardware
and the Surface software itself. I'd assume if determined to be a hardware problem, Samsung would support, and this product is so new it doesn't come up in their support system as select-able.
