Sharepoint 2007 - Is there a way to hide 'expand/collapse' buttons in grouped-by list?

  Curious if there is override script for SP 2007 that hides expand/collapse buttons in group-by lists. Have not been able to locate anything yet and really hope there is something out there. Thanks!
