Is it possible to customise the appearance of headings within the Navigation Panel in Word? For example, when drafting a document it would be good to be able to colour code the heading in the navigation panel to show which are in draft and which are complete.
The Navigation pane doesn't offer anything like that. But you can add highlighting, comments, and/or Track Changes in the document to indicate what is currently being revised.
