    I'd like to notify the primary owner of an incident when a child activity has been completed, anyone got any idea what the XML for that would look like?

    Hi Gareth - due to a limitation in the subscription infrastructure it is not possible to subscribe for this kind of criteria.  We don't have a way to subscribe for things over relationship types where the max cardinality is greater than 1.  Since an incident can have more than one child activity we can't support this right now.  We are working on removing the limitation in the infrastructure for the future though.

    Ta for the reply.  Unfortunately Jarvis have gone under (nothing to do with SCSM, that was a success for the couple of weeks it was live before we went out of business) so my Service Manager involvement is sadly at an end :/
