Self-Service User Portal: specifying a library path RRS feed

  • Hi All,

     

    I've set up a Self-Service Portal for our group of customer support techs and for the last year, everything has been working fine.

    We've begun to run out of disk space so we purchased a simple external hard drive and attached it to a server.  I've shared this hard drive and gone into SCVMM to add it as a library share.  I then configured the self-service portal so that the Library path is now pointing to the newly added external hard drive.

     

    Problem: when i go through the self-service portal to test, the newly created VMs do not get placed in that hard drive.  Instead, they continue to be stored in the previous (almost full) location.  What am I missing?
