ADFS 2019 Signon Page prompting for authentication

I'm trying to setup ADFS 2019 Server. I've got this running in a lab. I'm testing the idpinitiatedsignon.htm page. When I go to this page and click "Sign In" I'm prompted for credentials.

In the same lab I have ADFS 2012 Server, it is setup the same way. With no adjustments login works as expected.

I've tried following this page with no luck. The prompt is the same. It says it's expected but I'm not getting in.

I thought it might be the SPNs. Still... I didn't need to modify anything with 2012 R2.

The SPNs appear to be correct.

My service account has the following:

CN=adfsservice,CN=Managed Service Accounts,DC=lab,DC=local
        host/sts.lab.local
        host/adfs.lab.local
        http/adfs.lab.local

sts.lab.local is the 2012R2 box and it is working

adfs.lab.local is the 2019 box and it is prompting and will not take my account password

I unchecked the "Windows Authentication" method and I was able to login.
