Updates percentage goes up and down ! also can i import updates from a local drive RRS feed

    Hi ,

    yesterday the updates reached 67% when i refreshed today its back to 65 % ... and do you know why it takes so long ... as i understood that updates are not downloaded unless i approve installing them but it appears that everything is downloading at the same time ...even though i approved 2 updates only

    also i needed to speed up the process by importing the updates from the files i downloaded but it redirects me to the catalog when i press import updates which whenever i open the catalog there is no add all or add to the basket and no icons for the basket at all ... its just download only .

    i need to know why cant i see the basket and if i can download updates files through browser then import them locally to the wsus server

    Hi,

    Please try to access Windows Update Catalog website using below link and check to see if you can see the basket and add KB into it:
    http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/Search.aspx?q=976244

    If the problem persists, please provide more information, such as:
    1. OS name and Version.
    2. IE version.

    Sorry for the delay ..

    the problem still exist ... os is windows server 2012 r2 datacenter

    internet explorer is 11 version 11.96
