Pin Favorites in Top of Navigations pane? RRS feed

  • Question

  • I very much liked that the Vista Explorer had the Favorites pinned to the Top of the Navigation pane.
So no matter how far you scroll down you still have it visible.

Is that also possible in 7?
And i dont mean the Libraries.

    Hi

No. The Favorites still appears in the Navigation Pane, but it is not in a separate pane. It scrolls with the navigation pane.

    Hope this helps.

  • i found an article for Vista that shows what feature i mean.
    http://www.petri.co.il/working_with_favorite_items_in_windows_vista.htm
in the picture http://www.petri.co.il/images/explr_favs_1.gif you see the yellow marked area and that it is pinned to the top of the navigation pane so no matter how far you scroll down in the section below it will be always visible.
