According to your description, I would like to confirm if the issue is related to Graphics driver.
Please change to Microsoft Basic Display Adapters and see if it makes any difference:
Open Control Panel > Device Manager > Display Adapters > Intel HD Graphics 4000>Update driver software>Browse my computer for driver software>Let me pick from a list of devices on my computer.

If it doesn't work, please try the different ones to see if any change.
