If you are refering to a database other than the OM database then I believe the answer is no. SCE will monitor the state of your DBs but not delve into the contects of them.

in my case, the connection is for another isolated data base. it's not mom database, is data generated for a software of third.

Adriano,
Can you explain a bit more what you would like to do? Do you have a database you would like to monitor or? By default, SCE will monitor all SQL databases since the SQL MP is imported during setup. You can configure the MP so it will fit your enviroment. For more information about SQL MP, read the SQL MP guide http://download.microsoft.com/download/7/4/d/74deff5e-449f-4a6b-91dd-ffbc117869a2/om2007_mp_sqlsrvr.doc
