ATA (Console) Is not responding due to a long-running script.

Have you faced a similar issue to this (Image below)?
My infrastructure: DEMO Environment
- 1 ATA Center
- 1 ATA Gateway
- 2 DCs (Monitored)
In the ATA Center, I have tried different Hardware Configuration because in the ATA Gateway I have no high resource demand.
2 processors | 4GB RAM
4 processors | 6GB RAM
4 processors | 8GB RAM
8 processors | 16GB RAM
16 processors | 16GB RAM
The highlighted configuration is where I have a processors utilization of 30% and RAM utilization of 70% but I cannot do anything in the console if I click anywhere.
