Thank you for replying; however, I am not concerned about delay in alert forwarding, I am fine with some 10 minutes delay. The issue here is that alerts do not reach to BSM console at all.
I have to manually restart the services or sometimes I have to reboot the server in order to fix the issue.
This issue is very frequent and troubling us as it is affecting end user monitoring.
